This week, Gov. Jay Inslee visited New Hampshire, quadrennial site of the nation’s first presidential primary, as he inches toward launching a White House bid himself. Yes, the primary is still a year away, but one Democratic activist said there are so many potential candidates already setting up shop in the Granite State that Inslee may be arriving a bit late to enlist the local campaign pros he will need to run a competitive campaign.
