Yes, put in more “fare ambassadors.” Turnstiles would have been logical from the start. Even though Seattleites are “nice,” times are way beyond the honor system.

Put the card readers in the way of going to the trains. It is way too easy to mistakenly miss where to tap your card therefore making it way easier not to tap it on purpose.

Make it easier for folks who can’t afford fare to sign up for a card that is more affordable, like my senior ORCA card.
