Climate change: Carbon fee, dividend

I was encouraged to see Froma Harrop’s column regarding a carbon tax and dividend plan similar to the policy proposed by the Citizens’ Climate Lobby.

I encourage Democrats and Republicans to support this plan, also similar to a bill sponsored by Sen. Maria Cantwell, D-Wash., and Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, a few years ago.
