Instead of continuing to complain about President Donald Trump’s nonsensical, vacuous policies, why don’t the nation’s Democrats put forth some positive ideas, like convening some sort of North American Migration Conference in Washington, D.C.?

Representatives from the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Central America could be invited to discuss the problem and explore possible steps that could be taken (except for building walls and putting families and children in detention camps) to begin to alleviate the problem.

It’s simply not enough to keep wailing about Trump’s tweets and his presidential proclamations. It’s time to take some positive steps to evaluate and seek solutions to the migration problem.
