BALLARD — Homebuyers have begun moving in at Vik Ballard Condominiums, where more than 90 percent of the homes have sold. Of the community’s 117 homes, more than 75 percent are occupied, says Erik Mehr of Erik Mehr and Associates, who is handling home sales at Vik Ballard.
“When you tour Vik’s model homes, you’ll see exactly how the various floor plans fit your needs and get great ideas for your own décor,” he says. “And because Vik’s construction is complete, you can walk through this amazing building and into the actual homes for sale.
“Buyers love Vik’s contemporary, high-end design and finishes.”
A variety of two-bedroom floor plans, and some one-bedrooms, are still available, Mehr says. They offer flexible spaces for a home office or media room, and for roommates or guests. Some two-bedroom plans include a den and up to two al fresco decks, which expand the home’s living area.
Homes feature custom wood cabinetry in the kitchens and baths, slab quartz countertops with waterfall edges, stainless steel appliances, undermount sinks, designer faucets, wine/beverage coolers and nearly 9-foot ceilings.

It’s also convenient to bike downtown and to neighborhood hot spots.
