KIRKLAND — Willows Bluff, a community that includes Sammamish Valley and Cascade Mountain views, is making its final homes available for sale.
Among the remaining floor plans is the Columbia with Basement, which features five or six bedrooms, four baths and more than 3,500 square feet of living space.
“It offers a spacious great room with large picturesque windows, providing an abundance of natural light,” says Anne-Vija Nelson, the community sales manager. “The great room also has a cozy fireplace, which is perfect for families spending time together or entertaining.”
The Columbia with Basement plan features an open dining room next to a kitchen that includes a pantry, island, views to rear yard and access to a planning center. A main-level bedroom or home office with an adjacent three-quarter bath is another home highlight.

The home’s daylight walk-out basement offers space for multigenerational living, entertaining and storage. It has a guest bedroom with en suite, walk-in closet and linen closet, as well as a bonus game room with 9-foot ceilings.
On the second floor there are four bedrooms, including a master suite with an expansive picture window and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom features a soaking tub, shower and dual-sink vanity.
There is also a second-level bonus room designed with cathedral ceilings, which Nelson says would be ideal for use as a game room or TV lounge.
In addition to the Columbia with Basement, Willows Bluff has an Elliott with Basement design remaining. The home has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,424 square feet of living space.
An open-concept kitchen includes a center island/breakfast bar and is adjacent to the great room, which makes the design ideal for large gatherings.
Additional features include a wrap-around front porch, a two-story dining room, and a staircase landing that could serve as a reading nook or homework space.
“Willows Bluff is an ideal location, close to so many amenities,” Nelson says. “Its centralized Kirkland location offers convenient access to Interstate 405 and Highway 520 and makes for an easy commute to Seattle, Everett and the airport.
“We are really close to Microsoft and Google. We’re also near everyday conveniences such as Trader Joe’s and a forthcoming shopping center featuring a Whole Foods, a movie theater and more.”
Children living at Willows Bluff will attend school in the Lake Washington School District, including John Muir Elementary, Kamiakin Junior High and Juanita High School.
“It’s a great location for whatever your family needs,” says Nelson. “People love its peacefulness. When you’re up here, you feel like you’re out of town, even though you’re right in the middle of it.”
