Buyers have an opportunity to personalize their new kitchens and baths with a $15,000 incentive when they purchase their new home between March 25 and April 2.
GIG HARBOR — With sales underway, Bayview at Gig Harbor is launching this weekend with a kitchen and bath event.
The event gives homeowners an opportunity to personalize their new kitchens and baths with a $15,000 incentive when they purchase their new home between March 25 and April 2.
Built by Toll Brothers, Bayview at Gig Harbor is close to breaking ground on construction of its first homes. The intimate gated community will feature 40 two- and three-story homes ranging in size from 2,700 to 4,000 square feet, and showcasing views of Henderson Bay and the Olympic Mountains.
“The kitchen and bath event is going to give homebuyers great possibilities,” says Kristi Brewer, the community sales manager. “Our interior finishes are already beautiful, but with the incentive, homebuyers are really going to be able to create their dream kitchen and bath with options such as gourmet cabinets, pendant lighting, under-cabinet lighting and more.”
All Toll Brothers’ homebuyers will have the opportunity to meet with a designer from the Kirkland Design Studio to discuss personalization possibilities throughout their new home.
“One of the exciting options we also have is an outdoor living package that’s going to be quite spectacular,” says Brewer. “The homes will have stackable sliding doors to open up your family room, bringing this feeling of the outdoors in. An expanded covered patio with an outdoor fireplace is also part of the outdoor-living option, enabling people to really enjoy the outdoors all year round.”
Many of Bayview at Gig Harbor’s homes have walkout daylight basements with spacious backyards facing greenbelt views. The community has a neighborhood park, an outdoor exercise area and is down the street from the Canterwood Golf and Country Club. The club offers access to golf, swimming, tennis, a fitness center and fine dining. All Bayview at Gig Harbor homebuyers receive a complimentary one-year social membership.
“It’s going to be an amazing community — people should come out now to get a better feel for it as we break ground,” says Brewer. “The neighborhood is surrounded by evergreen trees, and many of the homes have westerly views, so they’re going to get incredible sunsets.”
One of the first homes to be built, the Ames, will afford sunset views from the front porch. The Ames has 2,676 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-car garage. It is priced at $643,995.
Highlights of the home include an expansive kitchen with island, an oversize pantry, and a main-floor bedroom with a full bath.
There are eight additional home designs at Bayview at Gig Harbor, each with two or three different exterior façades. Many homes feature main-floor bedrooms that can be upgraded to a full master suite.
Children at Bayview at Gig Harbor can attend Purdy Elementary, Harbor Ridge Middle School and Peninsula High School.
The community is a five-minute drive from the Harbor Hill retail center and 10 minutes from downtown Gig Harbor. It is 2 miles from Highway 16 for access to Tacoma and the Olympic Peninsula.
