ISSAQUAH — Pinecrest at Issaquah Highlands is offering hard-hat tours of one of its view homes currently under construction.

The home features the Stuart with Basement floor plan, which can be configured with four or five bedrooms. The 3,811-square-foot home has 3.5 bathrooms and a walk-out basement.

A covered entry adds curb appeal and leads guests into a foyer. The main level has a kitchen with a walk-in pantry and an oversize center island.

“Homeowners will love the open design of the kitchen, which flows seamlessly into the adjoining dining room and great room,” says Kristi Brewer, the sales manager at Pinecrest. “There’s a cozy fireplace in the great room, providing an intimate gathering space for family and friends.”

Oversize windows line the great room and frame another highlight: the views. Homes with the Stuart with Basement plan will have either greenbelt views or westerly views of Lake Sammamish and the Olympic Mountains.

“Pinecrest is the only new community in the area with 14.2 acres of protected greenbelts and amazing western exposure,” Brewer says. “Homeowners who select the Stuart home design can enjoy the outlook from their fantastic outdoor living area as well, which includes an expansive covered deck and covered patio.”

The walk-out patio is accessible from the home’s lower level, offering additional entertaining space. The lower level features a recreation area, as well as a guest suite with secondary bedroom and full bathroom for multi-generational living.

On the second level, the Stuart features a game area and optional loft or fourth bedroom. There are three additional bedrooms upstairs, including the master suite.

Brewer encourages homebuyers to visit and tour the Stuart, which is currently in the drywall stage. Visitors can also tour Pinecrest’s model home, the Whistler with Basement, and explore additional floor plans, including quick-delivery homes that will be completed by the fall.

“We’ll have another Stuart with Basement plan ready for a September move-in date, and a Bryant floor plan, which will be move-in ready this April,” Brewer says.

The Bryant is a four-bedroom, 2,923-square-foot home featuring a great-room concept on the main floor, and four bedrooms and three bathrooms on the second floor. Highlights include a covered entry accented with stately columns, a curved staircase, and a private side courtyard off the kitchen.

Situated within the Issaquah Highlands master-planned community, Pinecrest provides easy access to Interstate 90 for a quick commute to major employers. It is walkable to Grand Ridge Plaza’s retail core, which includes Regal Cinemas, restaurants and coffee shops.

“Running errands without having to get in the car is a huge benefit,” Brewer says. “The schools are a major draw for families, as well.”

The neighborhood is served by Clark Elementary School, Issaquah Middle School and Issaquah High School.
