The 12 new homes at Belvedere in Bellevue will feature panoramic views of downtown Seattle, the Olympic Mountains, Puget Sound and Lake Washington.
BELLEVUE — Located on Cougar Mountain, Belvedere has begun its second phase of construction. The 12 new homes will feature panoramic views of downtown Seattle, the Olympic Mountains, Puget Sound and Lake Washington.
“We’re lucky that we were able to acquire the land,” says Dana Heyum, the community sales manager. “These homes will join our already established community of 81 homes, bringing a vibrant neighborhood feel.”
Belvedere features oversize homesites of approximately a third of an acre, and floor plans that range from 4,000 to 5,700 square feet. Several plans will be available within the new offering, including Toll Brothers’ award-winning McCartney.
“One of our floor plans has a dramatic curved staircase in the two-story foyer and living room,” says Heyum. “We’ll have theater rooms in some of the homes, two-story dining rooms and gorgeous, large entertaining spaces. There is also a design with a guest suite on the main floor, perfect for multi-generational living.”
Interested homebuyers can tour Belvedere’s decorated model home, which features the McCartney design. The home offers a wealth of custom options and design ideas that homebuyers can tuck away for inspiration. In fact, all Toll Brothers homebuyers have the opportunity to personalize their home with custom flooring, cabinetry, lighting, paint colors and more.
“Our homebuyers love personalizing their home to fit their own style,” says Heyum. “They get to work with a designer for seven complimentary hours over two sessions at the Kirkland Design Studio. It’s one-on-one and really fun to pick out touches that make your home your own. There’s something for everyone, and you can make it your dream home.”
Another appealing aspect of the community is its variety in façade options, says Heyum. Homes have shingle, traditional, Craftsman and Northwest contemporary exteriors.
Belvedere’s natural setting provides a peaceful escape that is minutes from urban amenities. The community is situated on 36 acres at the summit of Cougar Mountain, and is bordered on three sides by more than 3,100 acres of Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland.
The community is located within the Issaquah School District and is served by Cougar Ridge Elementary School, Issaquah Middle School and Issaquah High School.
“This is an award-winning school district that’s rated 10 out of 10 on Greatschools.org,” says Heyum. “Families move here for the schools, so having this new phase of construction with more homes available offers homebuyers a fabulous opportunity to take advantage of it.”
