A mix of luxury townhomes and single-family residences are still available at the Sammamish Plateau community.
SAMMAMISH — Nestled at the south end of the Sammamish Plateau, The Overlook at Brookshire offers a unique mix of signature homes and luxury townhomes. Nearly 80 percent sold, the community still has several options available among three collections: The Signature, The Duets and The Towns.
“This weekend, we’re highlighting our Towns collection, which has two different plans available, the Delridge and the Dahlia,” says Anne McIntosh, the community sales manager. “They are beautiful, efficient plans designed to utilize square footage where people live the most.”
The 1,306-square-foot Delridge has two bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with an entry and storage area on the first level. Upstairs, there is a kitchen with a center island that looks out onto an open great room with built-in shelving.
“There is beautiful hardwood flooring throughout this floor, with no carpeting dividing up the space,” says McIntosh. “It flows really well and offers a lot of flexibility in terms of furniture placement.”
On townhome’s upper level is the master en suite, as well as an auxiliary bedroom with a full bath.
The second available design in The Towns collection is the Dahlia, a light-filled end unit with 1,903 square feet of living space. It has a bedroom and a full bath on the first floor, along with a garage. The second floor has a great room, kitchen and dining room with a walk-in pantry. On the third floor, there are three bedrooms and two full baths.
“A lot of townhomes tend to be fairly long and narrow, whereas the Dahlia is wider, so the space feels much larger than the actual square footage,” says McIntosh. “And all of our townhomes feature alley load, side-by-side garages, avoiding the inconvenience of a tandem garage, which our buyers are really loving.”
The Duets collection bridges the gap between the townhomes and the single-family Signature homes, and is priced in the mid-$800,000s. There is one home available in the collection, which McIntosh says is beautifully situated in the neighborhood.
“It’s located across the street from the largest park in the community and just one home over from the other community park,” she says. “This home also has a nice deep backyard.”
The third collection, The Signature, also has homes available, including some with basement levels and third-floor bonus lofts. The homes have three to five bedrooms and range in size from 2,600 to 3,399 square feet.
All homes at The Overlook at Brookshire offer the opportunity for personalization with help from a professional designer at the Kirkland Design Studio. During two complimentary design meetings, homebuyers can receive guidance on everything from hardware to paint colors.
The Overlook at Brookshire is located within the Issaquah School District and is served by Sunny Hills Elementary, Pacific Cascade Middle School and Issaquah High School.
The community offers quick access to the I-90 corridor for commutes to major employment centers in Bellevue and Seattle.
