Additional quick-delivery homes are due to be completed before the end of December at the Redmond community.
REDMOND — Crestview has released its first quick-delivery home, the Ballard, which will be ready for move-in as early as October. Four additional quick-delivery homes will be available later this year, affording homeowners a chance for early ownership at the new community by Toll Brothers.
The Ballard is a two-level floor plan that features a Craftsman exterior. The five-bedroom, three-bathroom home has a covered entry that leads to a welcoming foyer. There is a great room with a fireplace and views to the rear yard.
An open-concept kitchen boasts a curved center island with breakfast bar, pantry and dining room.
“One of the home’s highlights is its main-floor bedroom with a full bath, ideal for extended family or guests,” says Anne-Vija Nelson, the community sales manager. “There is an upstairs loft that could serve as a second family room, enabling a variety of spaces for family activities or quiet relaxation. The bonus loft has access to a front covered balcony.”
A master bedroom suite on the second floor includes a walk-in closet, as well as a master bath with dual vanities and separate shower. Secondary bedrooms and an upstairs laundry are also included.
Additional quick-delivery homes, due to be completed before the end of December, include the Enatai, Frazier and Sierra home designs. These four- and five-bedroom homes range in size from 3,543 to 3,669 square feet.
“We have so many different designs in this community appealing to a range of tastes and preferences from contemporary to Craftsman and traditional,” says Nelson. “Some are two-story, others have a spacious daylight basement and there are also light-filled three-story designs. Prospective buyers appreciate the great variety.”
Nelson says that because there are just 31 homes in the community, Crestview exudes a small and personal atmosphere. It is situated among mature evergreen trees with westerly views of the Sammamish Valley and Olympic Mountains.
The community is served by the Lake Washington School District, including Norman Rockwell Elementary, Redmond Junior High and Redmond High. Crestview is near downtown Redmond, Bellevue and Woodinville’s wineries.
“The location is unbeatable,” says Nelson. “We’re just across the valley from Kirkland, and a short commute into Woodinville. Google, Amazon and Microsoft are all easy to get to.”
Crestview boasts a park with a play structure and picnic area. Its homesites range from 5,800 to more than 11,000 square feet.
Nelson encourages prospective buyers to visit the community to see the construction underway, and to learn about both the quick-delivery and presale homes.
