BOTHELL — A five-bedroom home with added privacy at Pipers Glen will be available for move-in by February.

“Buyers who want a new-construction home often have to wait 10 to 12 months before they can move in,” says Robert Brown, the sales manager at Pipers Glen. “You’re not going to find a home of this style, quality and size that’s ready so quickly.”

The home features the Sierra with Basement floor plan and has 3.5 baths and 4,364 square feet of living space.

Nestled into the community’s treeline, the home provides a sense of seclusion and privacy that is unique at Pipers Glen, Brown says.

Inside, the main level has a formal dining room surrounded by windows for an abundance of natural light, and a formal living room with a fireplace and views to the front porch.

“Different living spaces also allow for people to gather throughout the house,” says Brown. “These more traditional, formal spaces are ideal for entertaining and having guests over.”

An open kitchen includes a center island, pantry, desk area and adjoining nook with access to a rear deck. The family room features oversize windows and a second fireplace.

The Sierra with Basement plan also includes space for a library or home office.

“What’s great about [the design] is that you don’t have to walk through the home to get to the office,” says Brown. “So if you have clients for a meeting, they can walk straight through your door to the office.”

Upstairs, the Sierra with Basement features three bedrooms and an expansive master suite that includes a lighted tray ceiling. The master bath has a soaking tub, dual vanities, an oversize shower and a walk-in closet.

Additional features include a loft with an overlook to the first floor and a daylight basement with a bonus room and guest suite.

Toll Brothers, the builder at Pipers Glen, is developing an additional Sierra with Basement home that will be available later next year.

“We’re a little bit early in the construction phase, so buyers can choose extensive finishes, including cabinetry and hardwoods,” says Brown. “Every buyer has the opportunity to personalize their home at the Kirkland design studio. You can choose paint colors, carpeting, or even upgrade to air conditioning and home automation.”

Brown encourages homebuyers to visit Pipers Glen and go on a “dusty-shoe tour” of the community’s model home, which features the Aldrich plan. At 5,015 square feet, it’s the community’s largest home, and includes a variety of outdoor spaces.

“It’s going to bring the outside inside, which is something we haven’t been able to do a lot in the Pacific Northwest,” he says.

Pipers Glen is located minutes from downtown Bothell and the University of Washington’s Bothell campus. It is served by the Northshore School District, including Moorlands Elementary, Northshore Junior High and Inglemoor High School.
