KIRKLAND — Interested homebuyers are invited to visit the new Kirkland Woods community to preview the construction underway and learn about the release of presale homes.
Homes planned at Kirkland Woods will range in size from 2,223 to 2,976 square feet. The two-story homes will feature open floor plans with three to five bedrooms, and most plans include a main-floor bedroom.
A boutique community of 18 homes built by Toll Brothers, Kirkland Woods offers a sense of intimacy and charm in an ideal location, says Stephanie Nelson, community sales manager.
“Kirkland Woods is in a prime Kirkland location, nestled near acres of recreation on Finn Hill, which is extremely attractive to homebuyers,” she says. “It offers access to great schools and short commutes, not to mention the confidence of an esteemed builder that employs award-winning designs, the highest-quality building products and environmentally sensitive building methods.”
Kirkland Woods is served by the top-rated Lake Washington School District. Children in the community can attend Sandberg Elementary, Finn Hill Middle School and Juanita High School. Both the elementary and middle schools are within walking distance.
Bastyr University and the University of Washington Bothell are both less than a 15-minute drive from the community, and both offer a range of undergraduate and graduate programs.
Kirkland Woods offers quick access to I-405 and SR 522, allowing quick commutes to employment centers in Bellevue, Redmond and downtown Seattle. Also nearby are the downtowns of Kirkland and Bothell, offering a variety of fine dining, retail and other conveniences.
“There are so many recreational opportunities within reach, too,” says Nelson. “Kirkland Woods is a short five-minute drive from Big Finn Hill Park, which offers 9.5 scenic miles of wooded walking and biking trails. St. Edwards Park and Juanita Beach Park are nearby, as well. There is also a park with a play structure and picnic area right in the neighborhood for all to enjoy.”
As with all homes built by Toll Brothers, buyers at Kirkland Woods can personalize their spaces with the help of a professional designer at the Design Studio in Kirkland. Homebuyers can take advantage of two complimentary sessions, during which an expert will help them choose options and upgrades to make their home feel their own.
“The opportunity to work with a professional designer enables homebuyers to create a one-of-a-kind home,” says Nelson. “They can choose from beautiful custom lighting to designer paint palettes to hardwood flooring, hardware, home automation and more, all to turn their home into their dream home.”
