RENTON — Homebuyers are encouraged to visit the sales center at Cedarcroft to be among the first to select a home for presale. When complete, the luxury community will have 27 single-family homes in a private setting surrounded by mature trees.
Built by Toll Brothers and served by the Issaquah School District, Cedarcroft is minutes from I-405 for an easy commute to several major employment centers, including Boeing, Starbucks, Amazon and T-Mobile. It is also within 15 minutes of shopping, dining and retail at The Landing, and less than 30 minutes from Seattle and downtown Bellevue.
“The location and the schools make Cedarcroft an exceptional choice for homebuyers,” says Bob Neal, the community sales manager. Children living in the community can attend Briarwood Elementary, Maywood Middle School and Liberty High School.
Three home designs are available for homebuyers: the Ashland, Tacoma and Ballard. They range in size from 2,989 to 3,875 square feet and include four to five bedrooms — including a main-floor bedroom — plus a spacious bonus room.
As building progresses, the community will release new designs, all of which will be available for presale. Neal encourages prospective homebuyers to join the VIP list to be one of the first to hear about new releases as soon as they become available.
As with all Toll Brothers homes, designs at Cedarcroft are available for personalization.
“It’s a fabulous opportunity for buyers to make their homes uniquely their own,” says Neal. “We pair buyers with a professional designer at our design center in Kirkland where they work together to imagine every detail — from the paint to designer touches including cabinets, countertops, hardware, lighting and hardwood flooring.”
