REDMOND — Sequoia Glen has released a limited number of homesites within the community’s new Executive Collection.

Built by Toll Brothers, the homes will feature four- to six-bedroom designs with oversize bonus rooms, main-floor bedrooms, and two- or three-car garages. These homes are priced from the $900,000s.

“The size of these new homes will range from 2,800 to 4,300 square feet, and they are considered the largest offering in the community,” says Jamie Ham, the sales manager at Sequoia Glen. “The detailing will be luxurious and high-end, with beautiful slab granite and elaborate tile work.

“Homebuyers will also have the option to personalize and upgrade finishes, paint colors, carpeting and fixtures at the builder’s design studio.”
One of the five floor plans available in the Executive Collection will be the Ashland, a five-bedroom, three-bath design with a formal dining room.

The kitchen will include an island, a pantry and an eating nook. The space opens to a great room that includes a fireplace, making the main floor ideal for entertaining, Ham says.

A stairwell leads to a second-floor master bedroom that includes a double-door entry, walk-in closet and tray ceiling. The master bath has a bay window tub deck, separate shower and dual-sink vanity.

Along with three additional bedrooms, the Ashland also features a second-floor bonus room with a cathedral ceiling.

Ham says the Executive Collection will complement the community’s two other series of homes, the Towns and the Signature. All home designs are available for viewing at tollbrothers.com.

Located in Redmond’s Education Hill area, Sequoia Glen has a community park and playground, and more than an acre of private open space.
Children in the community will attend Lake Washington schools, which Ham says is a major draw for families. The schools include Norman Rockwell Elementary, Redmond Junior High and Redmond High.

“The elementary school received a 10-out-of-10 score on greatshools.org. Every one of the schools is exceptional,” says Ham.
The community is within minutes of PCC Natural Markets, Redmond Town Center, Willows Run Golf Club and Marymoor
Park.

“It’s very accessible to I-405 and Highway 520 as well,” Ham says. “This eases commutes to major employment centers in Redmond and Bellevue.”
