SAMMAMISH — This weekend, Pinnacle at Inglewood Hill will roll out a new home design. The Northup is part of the community’s Duets Collection, which features paired homes with open floor plans.
“We quickly sold out of our previous homes in the Duets Collection, so it’s exciting that we have this new Northup home design available for sale,” says Debbie Lee, the community sales manager at Pinnacle at Inglewood Hill. “It will be our last offering of attached homes, so I encourage homebuyers to visit and explore the opportunity.”
The Northup is a three-story design with a convenient tucked-under two-car garage. It spans 2,937 square feet and is available with three or four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a bonus room.
“There is a lot of square footage and only one shared wall — both huge draws for homeowners in this market,” says Lee.
The Northup has a covered entry that welcomes guests into a foyer that leads to an oversize game room. The room can be sectioned into an optional fourth bedroom with a full bathroom.
A dramatic stairwell leads to the main level, which boasts an open layout filled with natural light from several surrounding windows. The kitchen has a unique curved center island with a breakfast bar and ample counter space.
There is an additional dining area with an attached covered balcony, which is ideal for an alfresco morning coffee.
Another main-floor highlight is the great room, which includes a fireplace and an attached secluded library that can double as an office or den.
The third floor has three bedrooms, including a spacious master suite. The master bathroom features a soaking tub, a separate shower and an expansive walk-in closet.
Personalization opportunities are available with the Northup and other presale properties, which homeowners can explore through complimentary consultations with a professional designer. Buyers can select color palettes, lighting packages, custom hardware and home-automation options.
“I encourage homebuyers to tour our model, the Sidney, to get a feel for the layout and construction of our homes,” says Lee. “The Sidney, an impressive 2,600-square-foot stand-alone design in our Signature Collection, has a tuck-under floor plan much like the Northup.”
The Signature Collection boasts two- and three-story stand-alone homes with three to five bedrooms. Some offer views of the Cascade Mountains in private greenbelt settings.
Served by the Lake Washington School District, Pinnacle at Inglewood Hill is less than 10 minutes from Margaret Mead Elementary, Inglewood Middle School and Eastlake High School. The Sammamish Highlands Shopping Center is within walking distance for convenient shopping and dining.
