BOTHELL — The final design touches have been added to the first move-in-ready home at Pipers Glen. Featuring the Sierra with Basement design, the fully decorated home is open for viewing this weekend.

“People will be able to tour the home and see all of the stunning design details we’ve implemented,” says Aubree Adams, the community sales manager. “It may be the only opportunity that homebuyers have to purchase a completed home in the Pipers Glen neighborhood.”

The Sierra with Basement is a 4,364-square-foot home with five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It has a covered wrap-around porch staged with outdoor furniture.
“People are often surprised at how expansive [the porch] is,” says Adams. “In Seattle, it’s a bonus to have multiple covered spaces outside.”
On entry, residents will find a two-story foyer and a formal dining room. There is also a home office or library adorned with full-pane glass French doors.

“The large window in the library provides so much light, which floods right through the glass doors,” says Adams. “It’s a bright, beautiful space.”
On the Sierra’s main floor, there is an open-concept great room that flows into the kitchen. The kitchen has a homework station or family planning center, as well as a dining nook that opens to a deck. The deck spans the length of the family room, providing a convenient area for outdoor entertaining.

“It’s a great spot for a grill,” says Adams. “The dining nook provides a nice little informal area for having people over for a barbecue. It offers that perfect indoor/outdoor entertainment option.”

The Sierra’s upstairs has a bonus loft that could double as a TV room or craft area. There are three auxiliary bedrooms, an upstairs laundry and a master suite.

“The master bathroom is one of the most impressive features upstairs,” says Adams. “It is very large, with a beautiful shower with two shower heads and a bench. We did a herringbone pattern on the back wall, so right when you look into the bathroom, you see stunning gray tile work.”

The homes at Pipers Glen are being built by Toll Brothers. Adams says homebuyers can personalize their space with help from a professional designer at the builder’s design studio.

“In this home we added plantation shutters on the windows, which is a design feature that homeowners can consider, along with paint colors and an array of other options,” she says.

The Sierra also has a lower daylight level with a rec room and a bedroom with en suite, which is convenient for guests or intergenerational living.

“Everyone can not only have bedroom space, but they can also have their own communal space on each floor of the house,” Adams says. “This is a wonderful home for any stage of life.”

She says it’s a three-minute drive from Pipers Glen to downtown Bothell and the University of Washington Bothell campus.

The community is close to Interstate 405, as well as recreation, dining and entertainment options. It is located in the Northshore School District.
