BELLEVUE — Belvedere has a new move-in-ready home available that includes sweeping views from its location atop Cougar Mountain.

“People want to experience this beauty every day, they’re instantly taken by this home,” says Stephanie Schuessler, the community sales manager at Belvedere. “And now, you can move in right away and enjoy vistas of downtown Seattle, the Sound and the Olympic Mountains right out your window.”

The move-in-ready home, the Elinor, is a three-story, 4,030-square-foot home with five bedrooms, four baths and a Craftsman exterior. The entry level of the Elinor contains a three-car garage, as well as an oversize bonus room, which can be used as a guest suite, home office, theater or recreation room.

The second floor features an open-concept kitchen, nook and great room that share a balcony, making the space ideal for large gatherings. There is also a private sitting area, formal dining room and an additional guest bedroom.

“Because this level is elevated and wrapped in windows on four sides, it is flooded with natural light,” Schuessler says.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite is a highlight of the home, with tray ceilings, a sitting area and an oversize walk-in closet. The master bath features dual vanities, a shower stall and a soaking tub. There are also two additional bedrooms and an upstairs laundry.

Visitors to Belvedere can tour the Elinor, as well as consider the other home designs by the community’s builder, Toll Brothers.

One such home, currently under construction, features The Brothers floor plan. It has a Northwest contemporary exterior and 4,215 square feet of living space.

“This is an exceptional home because we actually built the driveway to go up and around the house, so you enter on the main floor,” Schuessler says. “This house was built right into the hillside, so you can get to the outdoors from all three levels of the house.”

The Brothers has an open-plan kitchen with an oversize island and a two-story eating nook with a skylight. A great room includes 12-foot ceilings and a separate dining room.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and access to the laundry area.

Additional highlights include a four-car tandem garage, a lower-level guest room and a recreation room.

Schuessler says many homes at Belvedere are available for presale, which provides the opportunity for buyers to personalize their spaces at the builder’s design studio.

“A designer will take homebuyers room by room and help them pick all of their colors and upgrades if they want,” she says. “What’s new about our personalization options is that we’ve just added a whole menu of home-automation options. You can control your heat from your phone or audio from a remote control anywhere in the home.”

Belvedere is being built on 36 acres at the summit of Cougar Mountain. It is located within the Issaquah School District, and is minutes from urban amenities.
