REDMOND — From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Jan. 21, Crestview will transform into a winter wonderland for the grand opening of its Frazier model home.

The event will feature a hot chocolate bar, made-to-order crepes and child-friendly activities, including candle making and face painting.

The celebration will take place in the Frazier model, a four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home with a four-car tandem garage. The model has a shingle façade with approximately 3,669 square feet of well-appointed living space over three floors.

The garage is on the lower level, which includes a bonus room and private bedroom with a three-quarter bathroom — ideal for multi-generational living.

The main floor features a great room that spans the width of the front covered balcony and offers picturesque views of the valley.

The Frazier’s kitchen has a classic Hamptons design with crisp white cabinetry, light hardwoods, and a large center island that features quartz countertops with waterfall edges.

“It feels very light and bright throughout the entire home,” says Anne-Vija Nelson, the community sales manager. “We’ve added a personalized touch with custom lighting and glass cabinetry that is very striking and elegant.”

There is also a butler’s pantry that connects the kitchen to a separate formal dining room showcasing a fireplace and coffered ceiling. A living room fashioned as a library rounds out the main floor, offering a cozy sitting area for residents and guests.

“The built-in shelving in the living room really makes a statement,” says Nelson. “They’re floor to ceiling, with a custom ladder that can move across the wall.”

On the third floor, residents will find three bedrooms, including a master suite with views of the valley. Attached to the master bedroom is a walk-in closet, and a master bath that boasts a freestanding soaking tub and separate shower.

“After homebuyers tour the Frazier, they’re welcome to walk through a few of our other home designs that are currently under construction,” says Nelson. “There are only eight homes remaining, and we’ve had a busy couple of weeks, so I encourage homebuyers to come to the event and explore the community.”

Crestview has 31 two- and three-story home designs ranging from four to six bedrooms, some featuring main-floor bedrooms. Located in the Education Hill neighborhood of Redmond, Crestview has westerly views of the Sammamish Valley and Olympic Mountains. It offers a serene setting among mature evergreen trees, and has a community park with play structure and picnic area.

Crestview is served by the Lake Washington School District, including Norman Rockwell Elementary, Redmond Junior High and Redmond High Schools.

It is close to the conveniences of downtown Redmond as well as Woodinville’s wineries. Commuters will enjoy its proximity to several major employers, including Microsoft and Costco.
