Four fully framed homes are open in the gated community, which features views of Henderson Bay and the Olympic Mountains.
GIG HARBOR — Surrounded by lush evergreen trees and featuring views of Henderson Bay and the Olympic Mountains, Bayview at Gig Harbor is bustling with new construction activity.
The gated community, being built by Toll Brothers, boasts four fully framed homes, all of which are available for hard-hat tours.
The Ames home design, showcasing a Northwest Contemporary exterior and priced at $699,955, offers 2,976 square feet of living space with four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-car garage. It provides the community’s quickest move-in opportunity, with a completion date slated for November.
“The Ames is a stunning home with a sleek and modern interior aesthetic. It will have quartz countertops in the kitchen and master bath, hardwoods on the main floor, a linear Rave fireplace and an open metal rail staircase,” says Kristi Brewer, the community sales manager. “We’re also building an outdoor living space with an extended patio and gas firepit, all included in the price point.”
Another fully framed home available for hard-hat tours is Bayview at Gig Harbor’s model home, the Sahalee. It has a two-story family room with a dramatic open staircase, as well as a second-floor loft overlooking the family room. Another highlight is its dual master suites — one on the main floor and another on the upper level.
“This is a great option for multi-generational families or for those who want a really fantastic guest suite,” says Brewer.
Brewer encourages homebuyers to take advantage of incentives offered during Toll Brothers’ National Sales Event, which begins this weekend and continues through July 30.
“It’s an exceptional opportunity for our customers,” she says. “We’re offering a $20,000 buyer bonus toward any available option, plus an additional $4,000 to be used at our Kirkland Design Studio. We’re also including one year of complimentary security monitoring.”
In addition, all homebuyers are afforded two complimentary sessions with a designer at the Kirkland Design Studio where they can explore countless personalization options, from custom paint colors to lighting, hardware and more.
When complete, Bayview at Gig Harbor will feature 40 homes in a variety of two- and three-story designs. Some will have daylight basements, oversize homesites with large backyards, and scenic greenbelt backdrops.
The community is a five-minute drive from the Harbor Hill retail center, and 10 minutes from downtown Gig Harbor. It is 2 miles from Highway 16 for access to Tacoma and the Olympic Peninsula.
“Right now, everything is blooming and beautiful with gorgeous wildflowers, big mountain views and amazing sunsets,” says Brewer. “There’s been a lot of excitement around here seeing the ‘sold’ signs going up in the community. Now is the time to visit the community.”
