REDMOND — Sequoia Glen has released its Sahalee with Basement homes for sale. The 3,276-square-foot design features two master-bedroom suites.

“This is a desirable feature you don’t see in many homes,” says Jamie Ham, the sales manager at Sequoia Glen, which is built by Toll Brothers. “Both master bedrooms have luxury details, including cathedral or tray ceilings and walk-in closets. One master bedroom is located on the main floor, which is very convenient for live-in family members or visitors who require easy access to a private suite.”

The Sahalee’s two-story family room is another notable feature, Ham says. The room has high ceilings that create a feeling of spaciousness. It also opens to an outdoor deck and connects into an open kitchen.

Chefs will appreciate the kitchen’s center island, separate eating nook and butler’s pantry for extra storage space. There is also a planning center that can be customized with built-ins to support a recipe station, home office or homework space, or can be utilized as a mud room.

“One of the advantages of a Toll Brothers home is that homebuyers can personalize their home with the help of a professional designer at the Kirkland Design Studio,” Ham says. “They can choose custom cabinetry, plantation shutters, quartz or granite countertops, designer lighting and unique paint colors. The array of options and opportunities is amazing. No two Toll Brothers homes are alike.”

Homebuyers can personalize finishes, fixtures and more at the builder’s design studio.

In addition, this weekend marks the start of Toll Brothers’ Dream Kitchen & Bath Event. Through March 28, buyers at Sequoia Glen and other communities will receive kitchen and bath updates at no extra cost.

The Sahalee’s second floor features an open loft, master suite and two auxiliary bedrooms. There is also a second-floor laundry and several walk-in closets.

Additional storage space is available in the Sahalee’s daylight basement level, a fully finished living space with a bedroom suite and recreation room.

“It makes a great media room or game room,” says Ham. “You can even build a mini-kitchen or a bar for entertaining.”

The Sahalee is part of Sequoia Glen’s Executive Collection, a selection of four- to six-bedroom home designs with two- or three-car garages. The community is set amongst sequoia trees with 1.3 acres of private open space, a community park and children’s playground.

“One of the impressive attributes of this community is that all of the front yards are maintained by the homeowners’ association,” Ham says. “Everything is taken care of, so you can always enjoy a beautiful streetscape.”

Sequoia Glen is located near Intestate 405 and Highway 520, which provides access to several major employment centers. It is minutes from downtown Redmond, Bellevue and Woodinville’s wine region. Redmond Town Center — with its array of shopping, dining and seasonal events — is also nearby.

“The schools are another reason why families choose Sequoia Glen,” Ham says. “We’re served by the Lake Washington School District, including the top-rated Norman Rockwell Elementary, Redmond Junior High and Redmond High School.”
