Attendees can tour Pipers Glen’s model home, the Aldrich, a 4,930-square-foot, two-story home with five bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a daylight basement.
BOTHELL — Pipers Glen joins other area communities built by Toll Brothers Oct. 29–30 in hosting its annual Harvest Fest, designed to bring residents and homebuyers together to enjoy hot cider, lattes and pumpkin painting.
New home shoppers can also enjoy horse-drawn hay wagon rides at Woodhaven and a petting zoo at Canterbury Park in Sammamish.
“Harvest Fest was a big hit last year,” says Robert Brown, the sales manager at Pipers Glen. “This year, people will be able to see just how far the Pipers Glen community has come along since a year ago. Homebuyers will see a community that’s really starting to turn into a friendly neighborhood.”
Attendees will also be able to tour the community’s model home, the Aldrich, a 4,930-square-foot, two-story home with five bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a daylight basement. The home features covered outdoor spaces that extend the home’s living and entertaining spaces. It also boasts expansive window doors that open to the deck and patio, which look onto a scenic greenbelt.
Brown says a quick-delivery home with the Jefferson design will be move-in ready by January.
“It’s really open, even on entry when you walk into the stylish foyer area,” he says. “There is a great room with two-story, 18-foot ceilings and a double-sided fireplace, a real conversation starter, which leads to the living room.”
The kitchen features an island and adjacent nook with sliding doors to the rear deck. There is also a separate dining room and a guest suite on the first floor.
“It’s a great bedroom, complete with sitting area and attached bath, for multi-generational living. For example, if you have elderly family members who can’t walk up the stairs,” says Brown. “Alternatively, you can use it as a first-floor office.”
Upstairs in the Jefferson, the master bedroom features a tray ceiling, as well as a master bath with walk-in closet, separate standing shower, dual-sink vanity and soaking tub. The Jefferson also has a laundry room and a loft that overlooks the family room below.
“Another highlight is the Jefferson’s daylight basement,” remarks Brown. “It’s a big spacious area with a large game room and a full bedroom and bathroom. A deck extends around the home to the lower-level bedroom, offering convenient private access.”
Homebuyers can consider adding exterior and interior options to presale homes. In fact, Toll Brothers’ homeowners are invited for two complimentary visits with a personal designer at the Kirkland Design Studio to choose custom paint colors, cabinetry, flooring and more.
