BOTHELL — Dawson Square is hosting a Harvest Festival on Oct. 14, during which visitors can enjoy gourmet lattes and take hard-hat tours of townhomes under construction. When complete, the community will include 45 units.

“It’s a very exciting time, construction is underway and you can really start to see the community coming together,” says Jim Summers, the community sales manager.

Built by Toll Brothers, Dawson Square will be located amid the restaurants, shops and coffeehouses of a revitalized downtown Bothell.

“This is a wonderful location from a walkability and commuter standpoint,” Summers says. “Right next door is the Bothell public library, Volunteer Park is across the street, and the new McMenamins is within walking distance.”

Dawson Square is near SR-522 and the Bothell Park & Ride, granting convenient transit options to Seattle and Eastside employment centers. “That’s significant because whether you’re going east to Microsoft, or west around to Seattle to Amazon, it’s a quick commute from our community,” says Summers.

The homes at Dawson Square are priced beginning in the mid-$700,000s and offer two floor-plan options, the Burke and Burke Elite. Each plan has four bedrooms, three bathrooms plus a half-bath, a two-car garage and more than 2,000 square feet of living space over three floors.

Highlights include a first-floor bedroom suite that is ideal for guests, an open main-floor kitchen with center island, a great room that extends to a covered patio, and a master suite with an expansive walk-in closet.

The Burke Elite is a corner-unit plan with fewer shared walls and an extended balcony.

Dawson Square homebuyers can work with a professional designer at the Toll Brothers design studio to personalize paint colors, hardware and more, and to select desired upgrades for the home.

“At other communities, you may not even have the opportunity to change your paint colors,” says Summers. “Here, homeowners can select countertops, tiling, lighting. They can truly make their space uniquely their own.”

Dawson Square is served by the Northshore School District, including Westhill Elementary, Canyon Park Junior High and Bothell High School. It is 1.5 miles from the University of Washington Bothell campus, which offers a variety of undergraduate and graduate programs.
