BOTHELL — Timber Creek is releasing new designs for sale across its three home collections: the Bungalows, the Carriages and the Signature.

Two of the home designs included in the release, the Elm and the Chelan, are the community’s furnished model homes, which visitors can tour and explore.

The Elm is part of the Carriages collection, which features homes with traditional exteriors and tucked-away garages. The Elm has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and approximately 2,185 square feet of living space. It has an open great room that flows into the kitchen and eating nook.

Upstairs, the Elm has three bedrooms, including the master suite. The master bathroom includes a dual-sink vanity, a soaking tub and a separate shower. There is also a bonus loft that offers a versatile space where friends and family can gather.

“Homebuyers can incorporate built-in desks and use it as a homework area,” says sales manager Kim Buchan. “It’s also a great space for a playroom, video-gaming area or as an additional TV room.”

Homes with the Elm plan are priced from $544,950.

The second model home, the Chelan, is part of the Signature Collection, which includes landscaped yards in the front and back. The three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home has an estimated 2,484 square feet of living space.

A covered front porch leads to a foyer, which opens to the formal living room. Banks of windows allow natural light into the family room, which also includes a fireplace.

Other highlights include a two-story formal dining room with a bay window, and a second-floor bonus room. Pricing starts at $614,950.

“The Chelan is a very beautiful home,” says Buchan. “It feels very grand and open from the second you walk into the two-story entry.”

Homebuyers at Timber Creek can choose their own finishes and fixtures, carpeting and paint colors with the help of an interior designer.

“The ability to personalize is a great benefit,” says Buchan. “Buyers are able to select the types of finishing touches that really reflect their family’s lifestyle needs.”

The resort-like amenity suite at Timber Creek includes a 3,700-square-foot community clubhouse, a junior Olympic-size pool, and more than 50 acres of wooded open space with walking trails.

The clubhouse will be the site of a Celebration of Lights event from 4–8 p.m. today to celebrate the Hindu festival of Diwali. Meals will be provided by Naan-n-Curry, and there will be a henna tattoo artist and musical entertainment.
