REDMOND — Sequoia Glen features three collections of homes — the Towns, the Signature and the Executive — in the Education Hill neighborhood.

Set among numerous sequoia trees, the community includes 1.3 acres of open space, a community park and a play structure.

“We’ve sold out of the Signature and the Towns, and recently released new homes within the Executive collection,” says Jamie Ham, the community sales manager at Sequoia Glen. “Now is a great time to buy because we have a fantastic long-term rate-lock opportunity for a limited time.”

The rate-lock incentive is available as part of a national sales event by Toll Brothers, the builder at Sequoia Glen. The sale continues through Feb. 15 and allows buyers to lock in today’s interest rate for up to 345 days on homes with a permit.

“I think the general sentiment is that the rates will continue to rise, so this eliminates a lot of fear for buyers,” Ham says.

The Executive collection consists of four- to six-bedroom designs ranging in size from 2,800 to 4,300 square feet. They offer main-floor bedrooms, oversize bonus rooms, and two- or three-car garages.

One of the floor plans available in the Executive collection is the Ballard, a five-bedroom, three-bathroom home with 3,238 square feet of living space. It has a kitchen island with breakfast bar that is open to a sun-filled dining room and an expansive great room.

“There’s no formal living room or dining room,” Ham says. “We were able to combine that space and get a much larger kitchen island, which is very unique to anything that we’ve previously done. It would be a wonderful kitchen for entertaining.”

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in closet. There is also a loft with access to the covered balcony.
“You can put chairs out there and relax with your morning coffee,” Ham says. “It’s the perfect retreat.”

The Ballard home design is also available with a daylight basement for buyers who are looking for more space. This plan has a bonus room and bedroom with private bath, adding nearly 900 square feet of living space.

All of the homes in the Sequoia Glen community offer personalization opportunities, as well. Buyers can work with a designer at the builder’s design studio to select flooring, paint colors, hardware, lighting and more.

Children in the community can attend Lake Washington schools, including Norman Rockwell Elementary, Redmond Junior High and Redmond High School.

“Every one of the schools is exceptional, which is one reason why this community is so popular,” Ham says. “It’s also within minutes of I-405 and Highway 520, and close to amenities such as PCC Natural Markets, Redmond Town Center, Willows Run Golf Course and Marymoor Park.”
