NEWCASTLE — Ridgewood Vistas has released a quick-delivery home that will be available for move-in as early as February.
The home features the 3,424-square-foot Elliott design, which includes four bedrooms, four baths and a daylight basement. A walk-out lower level has a recreation room, a private guest suite and a patio that extends into the backyard.
“The lower level is light, bright and airy, a wonderful addition to the floor plan,” says Mark Winningham, the community sales manager at Ridgewood Vistas. “It’s ideal for extended-family visitors or as a separate space for multi-generational living. It’s also a great place for kids to play.”
The main floor features an open kitchen and great room with an adjacent west-facing deck. There is a separate office and a formal two-story dining area.

“The dining room creates a very dramatic entry,” says Winningham. “You can look over the dining room from the upstairs loft, which is perfect as a kids’ play area or an additional flex space.”
There are three bedrooms on the upper floor, including a master bedroom that extends across the entire back of the home.
For those who prefer a two-story floor plan, there is a home with the Adams Traditional design at Ridgewood Vistas. It is located on a 19,000-square-foot homesite.
“This is our largest homesite, bordered on two sides by protected open space,” says Winningham. “It’s west-facing, so it will be light and bright, and it has its own drive off the main street, giving it a private feel.”
The home features a main-floor bedroom, as well as an open great room and formal living and dining rooms. The second level has a loft, master suite and three auxiliary bedrooms.
Buyers at Ridgewood Vistas can work with an interior designer to personalize their homes. “People love to pick colors, carpeting, finishes and more,” says Winningham. “They enjoy creating a home that truly reflects their design taste, with the insight of a professional.”
Ridgewood Vistas is a community of 13 homes located along the Coal Creek corridor, which offers easy access of Newcastle and downtown Bellevue. It is served by the Issaquah School District.
“We have Newcastle Elementary within walking distance, which is rated 10 out of 10 on Greatschools.org,” says Winningham. “Our middle school is nine out of 10, so we just have wonderful schools.”
The community is close to Interstates 405 and 90, which provides quick connections to employment centers in Bellevue, Redmond and Seattle.
“A lot of our homebuyers have a split commute, where one works in Redmond and the other in downtown Seattle,” says Winningham. “Our community is in a fantastic location to access all the greater Seattle major employment areas.”
