The Lilian is a 4,410-square-foot, three-level home with five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a four-car tandem garage.
“Contemporary sleek.” That’s how community sales manager Stephanie Schuessler describes the façade of the Lilian home design at the Belvedere community built by Toll Brothers.
“It has an exquisite mix of cedar accents and Hardieplank siding, as well as a striking sloped roof,” she says. “It’s one of our latest modern offerings.”
The Lilian is a 4,410-square-foot, three-level home with five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and a four-car tandem garage. Guests are welcomed by an oversized foyer that creates the feeling of a grand entrance, says Schuessler.
An elaborate staircase spans three stories, giving access to all levels of the home. A covered porch with a double-door entry, a private guest suite and media room provide indoor and outdoor living spaces on the first floor.
The Lilian’s second floor features an open kitchen with a Wolf range, a pantry and a large center island. The kitchen connects to an eating nook and great room, maximizing the space and allowing for easy entertaining. There is also a versatile space that can be used as either a living or dining room.
In addition, the Lilian’s second floor has a master suite spanning an entire wing, complete with dual walk-in closets, a five-piece bath with a frameless shower, and access to a laundry room.
An optional second master suite can be built on the Lilian’s third floor, showcased in homesite No. 27. The home has expansive views of downtown Seattle, the Olympic Mountains and the Newcastle golf course. There are also two additional bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a large bonus room.
“It’s pretty spectacular because when you get to the top of the stairs, you actually have a 28-foot viewpoint all the way down to the bottom floor,” says Schuessler. “It’s a wonderful design feature.”
Schuessler says that there is still time to personalize all of the home’s living spaces with the help of an interior designer at the Toll Brothers Design Studio in Kirkland. Homeowners can choose flooring, paint colors, cabinetry and more.
“One of the popular personalization features right now is home automation with Control4,” says Schuessler. “People love the idea of being able to control certain parts of their home from their cellphone or a touch panel. You can put on music, heat the home, see who’s at the front door and monitor an entire security system.”
Belvedere is situated at the summit of Cougar Mountain. Generously sized homesites average approximately one-third of an acre. The community is in the Issaquah School District and provides a peaceful, resort lifestyle only minutes from urban amenities.
“What’s wonderful about Belvedere is that it is so established,” says Schuessler. “We’ve already got such a great neighborhood where people know each other. It’s a great quality of life.”
