SAMMAMISH — Three homes will be complete and ready for move-in as early as January at Canterbury Park. Built by Toll Brothers, one home will feature the Peak floor plan, and the other two will have the Kingston plan.

The Peak is a five-bedroom, three-bathroom Craftsman home that includes a main-floor bedroom with full bath, ideal for overnight guests and multi-generational living. The two-story home includes 2,751 square feet of living space and a two-car garage, and is priced at $975,495.

The Peak’s gourmet kitchen includes a center island that opens to the great room. The open living area and its adjoining formal dining room create an ideal space for social gatherings.

An upstairs loft is another Peak highlight, adding a second living space centrally located to the bedrooms. The master suite offers a five-piece bath and dual walk-in closets.

The two-story Kingston homes will include one Craftsman style priced at $961,495 and one Shingle at $966,495. The Kingston floor plan features four bedrooms, two bathrooms and 2,640 square feet of living space.

“One of the highlights of the Craftsman is its second-floor exterior balcony, a nice space for a morning coffee,” says Bob Neal, the sales manager at Canterbury Park. “Both Kingston designs offer a dramatic two-story dining room as you come into the home, which is a definite conversation starter.”

The Kingston’s kitchen includes numerous windows for natural lighting. Another home highlight is the second-floor loft, ideal as a homework nook, office area or an additional family gathering space.

“These quick-delivery homes have beautiful upgrade options already planned for them, which will be very attractive to interested homebuyers,” says Neal. “These include air conditioning, luxury hardwoods, iron balusters, laundry-room cabinets and quartz countertops.”

In addition to the three quick-delivery homes, there are 13 homesites available for sale at Canterbury Park. They feature a range of elevations from contemporary to traditional, all with opportunities for personalization. Homebuyers can meet with a designer at the builder’s Kirkland Design Studio to choose cabinetry, paint colors, hardware and more.

The community sales office is open daily, and visitors can view the community’s 26 acres of open space and see the development of its three community parks, which will include multiple children’s playgrounds, a sport court, picnic tables and a recreation lawn.

Canterbury Park is located within a 20-minute drive of Bellevue, Redmond and Issaquah. It is served by Lake Washington School District, including Rachel Carson Elementary, Inglewood Middle School and Eastlake High School.

“It’s very convenient from a community standpoint, with access to top-rated schools at every level of education,” says Neal. “Canterbury Park is in an area that’s culturally and recreationally diverse and accessible, giving homeowners a world to explore and enjoy.”
