BOTHELL — Pipers Glen is offering its first quick-delivery home, to be ready for move-in by the end of this year. Featuring the Sierra with Basement design, the five-bedroom home includes 4,364 square feet of living space and a shingle façade.
“Construction is underway and the home could be move-in-ready in a matter of months,” says Robert Brown, the community sales manager at Pipers Glen. “Buyers still have the opportunity to make selections to personalize their dream home.”
The Sierra with Basement home has a covered wrap-around front porch that leads to a foyer and a variety of living spaces that allow for design flexibility.
A light-filled dining room surrounded by windows offers a formal gathering space, while a separate living room with a fireplace is ideal for lounging and relaxing. There is also a main-floor office or library, which offers options for those who work from home.

“If you have a big family, there are so many different places in this home to gather,” Brown says. “You can break off and have a private conversation in one room while you’re entertaining or having a party in another.”
The Sierra with Basement’s kitchen includes a center island, pantry and desk area, along with an adjoining nook with access to a rear deck.
On the second level, the master-bedroom suite includes tray ceilings and a master bath with soaking tub, dual vanities, expansive shower and walk-in closet. There are also three additional bedrooms and an oversize loft with an overlook to the first floor.
“It’s a great space for kids,” Brown says of the loft. “Families can use it as a play room when their kids are younger, and a fun hangout as their kids get older.”
The basement allows for additional living space with a large bonus room and bedroom featuring a private bath and walk-in closet. Ten-foot ceilings create a sense of spaciousness, while a walkout patio enables immediate enjoyment of the outdoors.
“We’ve had some great summers the last few years, and many people are exploring our outdoor/indoor living options in select homes,” Brown says. “People can add an outdoor kitchen, stainless grill and firepit that will enable them to gather outside year-round.”
Those options are in addition to the other personalization options homeowners can add to their home. They can choose from painting, lighting and flooring options with the help of an interior designer at the design studio of the builder, Toll Brothers.
Pipers Glen is close to I-405 and is 3 minutes from downtown Bothell and the University of Washington branch campus.
“Bothell is growing,” Brown says. “Everybody who’s buying here is seeing how Bothell has the potential to just keep expanding.”
