NEWCASTLE — Ridgewood Vistas recently released new homes for sale. The boutique community of 13 homes offers four designs: the Adams, the Adams with Basement, the Elliott with Basement and the Frazier.
The Adams is a two-story, 2,896-square-foot plan with five bedrooms, including a main-floor guest suite that is well-suited for multigenerational living. It has an open-concept kitchen with an eating nook, as well as a separate dining/living area.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and an open loft area, which could serve as a play area or entertainment space, says Mark Winningham, the community sales manager at Ridgewood Vistas.
The Adams with Basement has all of the features of the Adams, as well as an additional 800 square feet of space in the daylight lower level, which includes a bonus room and additional guest suite.

“It’s a wonderful separated living quarters for an extended family,” says Winningham. “Our basements all have their own bedroom and bath and an open living space.”
The other available basement plan, the Elliott, is designed to allow residents to walk out of the lower level to the backyard. The main entrance guides residents through a foyer, which is adjacent to a two-story dining room.
The Elliott’s main living area offers views of the backyard from the great room and attached deck. The second-floor hallway looks out over the dining room with a view to the outside. There are four upstairs bedrooms, including a master that spans the entire back of the home.
The fourth plan available at Ridgewood Vistas, the Frazier, is a 3,669-square-foot design with four bedrooms. The family room with fireplace and covered front balcony is ideal for entertaining, Winningham says.
“The main level is spectacular,” he says. “It has an open, well-appointed kitchen with an eating nook and a huge great room. It also has a formal living and dining area connected by a butler’s pantry to the kitchen.”
Upstairs, the master bedroom features an oversize walk-in closet and a master bath. There are also three additional bedrooms.
“These bedrooms are wonderful because they’re as big as many master bedrooms that you see in other homes,” says Winningham.
The homes at Ridgewood Vistas are built by Toll Brothers and offer personalization opportunities. This enables homebuyers the chance to choose their own finishes with the help of an interior designer at the builder’s design studio.
“We offer hundreds of choices in cabinetry, countertops and flooring,” says Winningham. “And now we’re including more home-technology options, such as speakers, security and low-voltage systems.”
Winningham invites homebuyers to visit the community for a “dusty-shoe tour” of three of the four home designs, which are currently under construction.
“Visitors will see that Ridgewood Vistas is a special place,” he says. “We’re part of the Issaquah School District and walkable to Newcastle Elementary, which was rated 10 out of 10 on Greatschools.org. We also have easy access to I-90 and I-405, allowing for convenient commutes to major employment centers.”
