BOTHELL — Parkhurst enters its final selling phase with just a few homes remaining.

Among the home designs still available is the Lilian. Featuring a Craftsman façade, the home has 4,312 square feet of living space, four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

“The Lilian boasts an impressive covered double-door entry,” says Susan Meadows, the community sales manager at Parkhurst. “Its foyer features a wrap-around staircase, which encircles a triple-volume space, creating a sense of grandeur.”

The ground level also has a media room and a bedroom suite, which Meadows says could serve as a home office or a suite for visitors or multi-generational living.

The main living area is on the second floor and includes an open kitchen with a pantry and center island. It connects to the nook and family room to maximize the space for entertaining.

This level also features the master suite, which has two walk-in closets and a master bath. There are two separate vanities, a separate shower and a soaking tub.

On the third level, there are two auxiliary bedrooms, a bonus room and additional storage space.

“There is so much room for storage in this home,” says Meadows. “The garage is big enough to store a boat or park up to four cars.”

Parkhurst’s other available home designs include the Enatai and the Frazier.

Visitors to Parkhurst can walk through a fully decorated Enatai model home. It has five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and more than 3,580 square feet of living space.

“A major highlight of the Enatai is its large kitchen with an oversize island that opens to the great room,” says Meadows. “People really love the great room for entertaining.”

Like the Enatai, the Frazier features a great-room concept with a nook and butler’s pantry. The Frazier’s living room includes a bay window and an overlook to the foyer.

“Other attractive features are the Frazier’s two fireplaces,” says Meadows. “The first is in the great room, and the second is in the dining room, which creates a memorable, intimate ambiance.”

Meadows encourages interested homebuyers to visit the Parkhurst community to “experience its prime Bothell location in the Northshore School District.”

“It is the only new-home, view-oriented community neighboring the University of Washington Bothell campus, that is within walking distance to Beardslee Village and that offers easy access to I-405 and major employment centers,” she says.

Meadows says neighborhood homeowners and their children will be staffing a lemonade stand today to benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer.

“It’s inspiring to see a neighborhood come together to support a great cause,” she says.
