ISSAQUAH — Sunset views, walkable retail and a new model home give homebuyers multiple reasons to visit Pinecrest at Issaquah Highlands this weekend, says Kristi Brewer, the community sales manager.
“Our newest model, the Stuart with daylight basement, is now open for tours,” she says. “It has wonderful west-facing views of Lake Sammamish and the Olympic Mountains, perfect for taking in sunsets.”
The Stuart model home has a farmhouse façade with 3,811 square feet of living space, including four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, as well as a two-car garage.
“The Stuart has a very convenient mudroom area with a built-in bench seat where you can kick off your shoes and put down your purse,” says Brewer. “There’s also a home-management station with a desk area where you can charge your laptop and phone to keep your kitchen uncluttered.”
The Stuart features a great room that incorporates the kitchen, dining room and family room with access to a covered deck. The kitchen has an oversize island with white slab quartz countertops and gray Shaker-style cabinetry.
The lower level includes a guest suite and two recreation areas, which is ideal for a large family gathering.
The space opens to a patio with an outdoor seating area.
“It’s just perfect for entertaining,” says Brewer. “Homeowners can keep the doors open in the summer and go in and out between the patio and the family room. The area has a great flow to it.”
On the second level, the Stuart has three bedrooms, including a master suite with views of Lake Sammamish. There is also another bonus space, an airy loft situated at the top of the stairs.
“We’ve designed it so there are three different spaces within the loft area,” says Brewer. “We’ve created a sitting or reading room, an office or homework station, and a larger space that serves as a TV lounge area.”
As with all homes built by Toll Brothers, buyers can personalize their homes by choosing the cabinets, tile, flooring and more at the builder’s design studio.
“Tours of the Stuart model home offer the chance to get an up-close look at the variety of design options available,” says Brewer.
Visitors can also tour the community’s other model home, the Whistler with walkout basement. The home features a great-room concept, including a main-floor bedroom suite.
“It’s a spectacular home,” says Brewer. “It has a dramatic entry with a vaulted ceiling and the views are incredible, with outlooks of the mountains and Lake Sammamish.”
