GIG HARBOR — Construction is underway on the first four luxury homes at Bayview at Gig Harbor. The gated community will feature 40 two- and three-story homes in a serene hillside setting with westerly view of Henderson Bay and the Olympic Mountains.

“We’re excited because people can walk through the community now to experience our ideal location, and to get a better visual of how the street scene will look,” says Kristi Brewer, the community sales manager. “Our model home, the Sahalee, is underway, as well as a beautiful Northwest-contemporary home, the Ames.”

The Ames, which is slated for completion in November, is priced at $695,995. It will include 2,976 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
