Additional new designs will be released as the construction progresses at Canterbury Park.
SAMMAMISH — Canterbury Park has five homes available for presale, and additional new designs will be released as the construction progresses.
Built by Toll Brothers, the newly released homes feature the Ames, Stuart and Stevens floor plans.
The Ames spans 2,976 square feet, with four or five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It offers a great room with windows that fill the home with natural light. This main-floor gathering space has a radiant fireplace and sliding doors that open to the rear yard, which is ideal for indoor-outdoor gatherings. The kitchen includes expansive cabinet space, a walk-in pantry, and a center island with breakfast bar.
The Ames has a second-floor loft for additional living space that could serve as a fifth bedroom. The master bedroom includes dual walk-in closets, as well as a master bath with separate tub and walk-in shower with drying area. There are two auxiliary bedrooms on the second floor, and an additional first-floor bedroom for multigenerational living or overnight guests.
The Stevens has an open-concept design. Highlights include a covered outdoor living space, a second-story loft, and a daylight basement with bonus room and private guest suite. The 3,533 square feet includes four or five bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
The Stevens is available in three exterior options, including the builder’s new Northwest contemporary façade.
The third design in the new release is the Stuart, which homebuyers can experience by visiting the community’s model home. This home features three or four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms over 2,866 square feet. It has a convenient drop zone off the garage with a desk, and an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room for easy entertaining.
The Stuart’s second-floor loft and game areas add secondary living spaces that are centrally located to the bedrooms. The master bedroom offers an expansive walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom suite.
Jamie Ham, the sales manager at Canterbury Park, says that the opportunity for buyers to personalize their homes is a major draw. They can meet with a professional designer at the Kirkland Design Studio and choose interior design elements to create a one-of-a-kind look and feel. Options include paint color, flooring surfaces and home automation that enables the control of lighting, sound and security from a mobile phone.
Canterbury Park’s shared amenities include three community parks with multiple children’s playgrounds, a walking trail, a sport court, picnic tables and recreation lawns. The community is served by the Lake Washington School District, including Rachel Carson Elementary, Inglewood Middle School and Eastlake High School.
Within close proximity of Bellevue, Redmond and Issaquah, Canterbury Park is ideally located for commuters. “It is only minutes from major employment centers and every convenience homebuyers may need,” Ham says.
