Wes and Laura Cherry take their product from apple to bottle, blending fruit from their 2,200-tree orchard on Vashon Island with apples harvested by other small Washington family orchards.
Their distinctive ciders complement cheese plates and the big holiday meal. Choose from six varieties, including a bold Colombian Crabapple, or Perry, a pear cider that blends Taylor’s Gold pears with varieties unique to Vashon, first planted by homesteaders a hundred years ago.
