The Dec. 9 information session is an opportunity to learn about the amenities at Trilogy at Tehaleh, a community of homes designed for residents ages 55 and older.
BONNEY LAKE — Trilogy at Tehaleh will host an information session for homebuyers from 1–3 p.m. on Dec. 9 at the community’s Seven Summits Lodge. Visitors are also invited to view the collection’s innovative new home designs and natural setting.
The information session is an opportunity to learn about the amenities at Trilogy at Tehaleh, a community of homes designed for residents ages 55 and older. At the Seven Summits Lodge, for example, homeowners have access to the lodge’s Mantel Culinary Ascent. For foodies, there’s Hudson’s Culinary Expedition, a private space for parties, cooking demonstrations, viewing parties and classes.
The Hawk’s Nest has flatscreen TVs, a full-scale golf simulator, billiards and darts, as well as Four Suits, a game space for anything from poker to pinochle.
Fitness facilities at the lodge include the Base Camp Athletic Club, the Flow Body & Mind cardio and mobility studio (which doubles as an artisan studio) and the Two Tides lap pool.
The session will also offer information about the homebuilding process, as well as testimonials from Trilogy members. RSVP online at trilogylife.com/infosession.
Buyers at Trilogy at Tehaleh can select from nine single-story floor plans that range in size from 1,507 to 2,462 square feet. Popular choices include:

- The Tarragona, a 2,462-square-foot design with two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a three-car garage. The floor plan revolves around the kitchen, which overlooks an interior courtyard and the formal dining and great rooms.
