BONNEY LAKE — Trilogy at Tehaleh offers a variety of single-story homes that feature open-concept living spaces designed for residents ages 55 and older.

Homeowners have access to the facilities at Seven Summits Lodge, including The Mantel, Trilogy’s signature restaurant. Its upscale menu offers casual and sophisticated comfort foods, including chicken and artichoke piccata, Dungeness crab cakes, pasta bolognese and artisan pizzas.

The menu was created by Trilogy’s new chef, Dino Cruz. Before taking the helm at The Mantel, he served as executive sous chef at Tacoma Country & Golf Club and executive chef at Canterwood Country & Golf Club.

Cruz plans to offer two cooking classes a month. One is a cooking demo, in which he will share various techniques as he cooks. The other is a hands-on class during which participants pair up, learn preparation techniques and cook their own dishes with Cruz’s guidance. Each class will have a different culinary theme.

The Mantel is open only to those living at Trilogy at Tehelah, although a select number of private dining memberships are available to non-Trilogy diners.

In addition to The Mantel, Seven Summits Lodge is the location of the Flow Mind and Body art studio, a full-scale golf simulator, billiards, a fully equipped fitness facility, an indoor pool, outdoor sport courts and a full calendar of social activities.

The homes for sale at Trilogy at Tehaleh range in size from 1,507 to 2,462 square feet on a single story. For homebuyers who are ready to move soon, several homes are available for a quick move-in. The homes are designed by the community’s in-house team with a variety of upgrades and finishes.

Buyers can choose homes from the builder’s Shea 3D Collection, which includes the opportunity to customize their home based on one of two main living spaces — entertainment-centric or outdoor-centric.
