LACEY — Designed for residents ages 55 and older, Shea Homes at Jubilee is nestled against the backdrop of protected forested preserve on Puget Sound.
The community includes some golf course homesites and access to The Golf Club at Hawks Prairie for a fee. Prices start in the $300,000s.
Jubilee’s selection of floor plans ranges in size from approximately 1,500 to 2,462 square feet. A selection of quick-move-in homes is available for customers who would prefer not to wait for a new home in the community to be built, says Mark Gray, the area president for Shea Homes.
“When you buy a home in a Shea Homes active-lifestyle community, you’re not just getting a new place to live; you’re getting a new way to live,” said Mark Gray, the area president for Shea Homes.
All quick-move-in homes have open floor plans with at least two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a two- or three-car garage. The homes feature upgrades selected by professional design teams.
At the heart of the community is the Lodge, a 26,000-square-foot club where members can access a fitness center, indoor pool and spa, community lounge, activity center, multipurpose ballroom, library and more. At the Lodge, Jubilee members can socialize, participate in their favorite activities or discover a new hobby.
“Every day is an adventure, with exciting new things to explore, interesting new people to connect with, and endless activities,” Gray says. “I constantly hear from new Jubilee members that they wish they didn’t wait so long so they could enjoy life at Jubilee sooner.”
From noon to 2 p.m. on April 15, Jubilee will host hard-hat tours, during which guests can enjoy refreshments and tour the quick-move-in homes that are under construction.
Located just off I-5 near Olympia, Jubilee is a convenient location for those who enjoy outdoor activity. Private beach access to the Puget Sound and close proximity to local trails provide the opportunity for Jubilee residents to explore the beauty surrounding the resort community.
