Other features include front-yard landscaping, a fireplace and deluxe bathrooms with bronze fixtures. This is the final Whidbey home at Jubilee.

The Genova on Homesite 0033. The 2,176-square-foot home has two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Other features include contemporary maple cabinetry and quartz countertops in the kitchen, a well-appointed master bathroom and a fireplace. It’s set on a cul de sac.

The Refresh on Homesite 0030. The 1,863-square-foot home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Refresh has an outdoor-centric floor plan, as well as a mission-style maple kitchen cabinetry, quartz and granite countertops and an enclosed den. It is also a cul-de-sac homesite.
