Homebuyers interested in exploring Seabrook’s neighborhoods can attend the Showcase of Seabrook Homes event on May 20.
PACIFIC BEACH — Seabrook is selling its newest neighborhood, South of Market (SOMA). The homes enjoy a relaxed oceanside atmosphere within equal distance of the beach and Seabrook’s town center.
SOMA is located just south of Market Street, Seabrook’s new strolling, shopping and dining street. Its first release includes 11 Craftsman-inspired homes with two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans priced from $545,000 to $770,000.
Homebuyers interested in exploring Seabrook’s neighborhoods can attend the Showcase of Seabrook Homes event on May 20. Tours of 10–12 available homes will be offered from noon to 4 p.m. Entertainment and refreshments will be provided.
Purchase incentives of up to $40,000 will be available for select homes at Seabrook during the event.
Many homes at SOMA afford ocean, sunset and Elk Creek views, or of the Town Center and the community park, Town Green. Some homes back to a greenbelt for forested privacy.
Town Green features a sprawling lawn for picnics, a Seabrook-signature firepit and a children’s play area. Here, homeowners can enjoy ocean vistas or take a five-minute stroll to the beach, a scenic coastline lined with wind-sculpted spruce trees.
Town Green adds to the array of Seabrook amenities, including outdoor games and playgrounds, fire and horseshoe pits, an amphitheater, hilltop and oceanfront parks, and a heated indoor pool. In the center of town, a dozen boutique shops and restaurants offer opportunities for dining, shopping and entertainment.
A true beach town, Seabrook connects residents in every direction to retail, the beach and more, says Casey Roloff, the town’s founder.
“Homeowners consider Seabrook Washington’s best-kept secret for a second home or getaway,” he says. “Many homeowners offset the cost of ownership with our robust lodging program.”
