MAPLE VALLEY — This weekend, homebuyers can tour two of SBG Homes’ newest designs. The homes are a short walk away from Pipe Lake’s waterfront parks, and are located near Wilderness Village and Lake Lucerne.

“The homes boast inspired detailing, like handcrafted railings and contemporary lighting,” says Cara Currey, co-owner of SBG Homes. “Great rooms have cozy gas fireplaces with custom hand-hewn mantels, and kitchens feature quartz countertops with walls of brick or tile counter-to-ceiling backsplashes. Both homes also have backyard living rooms with covered patios framed in wood, brick and stone and warmed by outdoor gas fireplaces.”

The first home is located at 21607 S.E. 258th St. and is priced at $756,900. Currey says the home’s two-story, five-bedroom floor plan is “ideal for entertaining. It has a formal dining area with elegant coffered ceilings, and a butler pantry and built-in beverage cooler.”

The chef’s kitchen includes a curved island with eating bar. Just off the great room is a guest suite with three-quarter bath. Upstairs is a master bedroom with vaulted ceilings.

Priced at $776,500, the second home is located at 21615 S.E. 258th St. A four-plus-bedroom design, it has a third-floor playroom with extra storage, as well as a private second-floor den that is accessed through a sliding barn door accented with hardware fashioned from a ship’s anchor.

The master suite has a deep soaking tub and a walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling tiles and two showerheads.

“It’s a great home for a family with an active lifestyle,” says Currey. “A mudroom off the garage is the perfect space to store coats and boots.”

Both homes feature wide-plank hardwoods throughout the main living levels, 9-foot ceilings, tankless water heaters and high-performance Bertazzoni kitchen appliances.

“For those who would like the opportunity to personalize their spaces, our third home in the neighborhood is now under construction,” says Currey. “It features five bedrooms — including a main-floor guest suite — a formal dining room, a private den and a second-floor playroom.”
