WEST SEATTLE — Broker representatives will begin accepting reservations for priority presales on Oct. 14 at 1 p.m. at Pinnacle at Alki, a planned collection of 11 condominium estates. A design preview event is being hosted in the Admiral Room at Salty’s on Alki Beach restaurant, 1936 Harbor Ave. S.W. in West Seattle.

Attollo Development has broken ground on the project, and first occupancy is expected by fall 2018. The one- and three-bedroom homes range in size from 885 to 2,128 square feet. Presale pricing is expected to range from less than $900,000 to more than $2 million.

A reservation for priority presale requires a $5,000 fully refundable deposit (held in escrow) and provides a first right of opportunity to purchase a specific home once the developer has provided the final finish specifications, pricing and development schedule.

Presales will follow when buyers make a 5 percent earnest-money deposit and make choices between several color schemes and optional items for personalization.

Guests at the Oct. 14 design preview event can explore floor plans, sample views, view preliminary finishes and learn more about price ranges and estimated HOA dues. Mortgage representatives will also be available to assist with financing options.
