WEST SEATTLE — Prospective homebuyers and brokers are invited to attend a design preview event on Nov. 18 at The Pinnacle at Alki, an 11-unit luxury condominium community being constructed on Alki’s northernmost perch.
The event will be held from 1–4 p.m. at the Belltown branch office of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty at 2715 First Ave. in downtown Seattle.
Guests at the design preview event can explore floor plans, sample views, view preliminary finishes, and learn about pricing and dues.
A reservation for priority presale requires a $5,000 fully refundable deposit (held in escrow) and provides a first right of opportunity to purchase a specific home once the developer has provided the final finish specifications, pricing and development schedule.
Presales will follow when buyers make a 5 percent earnest-money deposit and make choices between several color schemes and optional items for personalization.
The remaining homes for reservation have three bedrooms and range in size from 1,723 to 2,128 square feet. Presale prices range from about $1.5 million to more than $2.3 million, with first occupancy expected in fall 2018.
Homeowners will have unobstructed views that span 200 degrees from skyline vistas westward over the Olympic Mountains.
