PORT LUDLOW — The Port Ludlow master-planned community has announced plans for its newest neighborhood, Olympic Terrace II.

A model home will open to the public this fall. It will feature the Rose floor plan, one of six design options that will be offered in the neighborhood by Westharbor Homes. Floor plans will range in size from 1,500 to 2,500 square feet and will be on homesites of up to a half-acre.

Ludlow Cove Cottages — a waterfront neighborhood of 42 single-family, cottage-style homes also located within Port Ludlow — is more than 40 percent sold. Its open-concept floor plans include one- and two-story options and master suites on the main level. The cottages are suited for both full-time and vacation lifestyles.

Both neighborhoods are located in the master-planned resort community of Port Ludlow, located 10 minutes from the Hood Canal Bridge. Homeowners have access to an 18-hole championship golf course, 300-slip marina, 26 miles of maintained hiking trails, recreational center, restaurant and waterfront inn.

The builder, Westharbor Homes, utilized eco-friendly cabinetry, specialty millwork and advanced framing techniques to reduce the amount of lumber and increase energy efficiency. The cottages come standard with high-performance fixtures and energy-efficient appliances.

Westharbor Homes was named a Grand Award winner at the 2015 Gold Nugget Awards and earned a Gold Award at the 2015 Professional Builder Awards for the Townsend floor plan and a Silver Award at the 2016 Professional Builder Awards for the Kingston floor plan.

Both floor plans are available at Ludlow Cove Cottages.
