PORT LUDLOW — The Port Ludlow master-planned community has announced plans for its newest neighborhood, Olympic Terrace II.
This neighborhood’s location is a hiker’s paradise, with access points to some of Port Ludlow’s 26 miles of maintained trails. The homes offer picturesque landscaping and mountain views in a natural setting.
The model home at Olympic Terrace II, The Rose, is open daily and is one of the five available floor plans. Homes will range in size from 1,500 to 2,500 square feet and will be situated on homesites of up to a half-acre.
Ludlow Cove Cottages, a waterfront neighborhood of 42 single-family homes, is 47 percent sold out. The homes are located on Ludlow Bay and feature open-concept floor plans with master suites on the main level. The cottages — suited for both full-time and vacation lifestyles — include standard high-performance fixtures and energy-efficient appliances.
Sustainable building practices include eco-friendly carpentry and advanced framing techniques to reduce the amount of lumber and increase energy efficiency. In addition, the homes are designed to accommodate aging in place.
The homes at Olympic Terrace II and Ludlow Cove Cottages are built by Westharbor Homes, which was named a grand award winner at the 2015 Gold Nugget Awards. The builder also earned a silver award at the 2016 Professional Builder Design Awards for its Kingston floor plan, which is available at Ludlow Cove Cottages.
Both neighborhoods are located in the master-planned resort community of Port Ludlow, located 10 minutes from the Hood Canal Bridge. Within the community are an 18-hole championship golf course, a 300-slip marina, a recreational center, and an award-winning restaurant and waterfront inn.
The Westharbor Homes sales office is open daily and is located in the Ludlow Cove Cottages neighborhood.
