Olympic Terrace II will be built in the master-planned community of Port Ludlow, located 10 minutes from the Hood Canal Bridge.
PORT LUDLOW — The Port Ludlow master-planned community has announced plans for its newest neighborhood, Olympic Terrace II.
A model home will open to the public this fall. It will feature the Rose floor plan, one of six design options that will be offered in the neighborhood by Westharbor Homes.
Floor plans will range in size from 1,500 to 2,500 square feet and will be on homesites of up to a half-acre.
The homes will be built using energy-efficient techniques and green building items such as Energy Star ductless heating and cooling systems, low-e windows to minimize heat loss, optimized lumber and truss packages to reduce building waste, and more.
Each home will have quartz countertops, Craftsman accents and designer paints.
Olympic Terrace II is located off Teal Lake Road and offers direct access to the 2-mile Teal Lake Loop trail. Teal Lake is stocked with rainbow trout and coastal cutthroat trout every spring and features an accessible fishing dock.
Olympic Terrace II is located in the master-planned resort community of Port Ludlow, located 10 minutes from the Hood Canal Bridge. Homeowners have access to an 18-hole championship golf course, 300-slip marina, 26 miles of maintained trails, recreational center, and waterfront restaurant and inn.
Westharbor Homes was named a Grand Award winner at the 2015 Gold Nugget Awards and has been recognized by the PB Design Awards in 2015 and 2016.
