“Finding land in Seattle to create new townhomes is a challenge,” says Minor Vista sales manager Larry Ahrens, on behalf of marketing agent Van Wyck & Porter. “Blue Fern [the builder] has done an amazing job of getting the best locations in the city, and Minor Vista is no exception. They look at a variety of factors including walkability, transit, neighborhood culture, but most importantly how a particular location lives.
“Minor Vista’s rooftop decks offer great views. Whether it’s getting the best look at the floatplanes, fireworks or the Olympic Mountains, the outlook is spectacular. The sprawling views span from Gas Works Park to South Lake Union.”
The Zoo Tavern, Serafina, Blind Pig Bistro, Mammoth and Grand Central Bakery are located nearby.
The website Walkscore.com rates Minor Vista a “very walkable” 78.
