The builder's presale program allows buyers to lock in purchase prices and personalize their homes’ features.
Amid real estate bidding wars and market inflation, JayMarc Homes is offering a presale program that allows buyers to lock in purchase prices and personalize their homes’ features.
The custom builder has a home in Bellevue that is due for completion in December, so buyers can move in before the new year. Featuring the Whistler design, the home is located at 827 104th Ave. S.E. and is priced at $1.85 million. The Craftsman-style home includes four bedrooms and 2.75 baths.
Also available for a quick close and tours is JayMarc’s staged model home at 6506 S.E. 28th St. in Mercer Island. It is available for sale for $2.5 million. The 4,111-square-foot Mozart design has an open floor plan and a chef’s kitchen for family gatherings.
For more information or to schedule a tour of upcoming houses, contact Amanda Loring-Schmidt at firstname.lastname@example.org or Laura Cunningham at email@example.com.
According to Marc Rousso, the founder of JayMarc Homes, more people are considering staying where they are and tearing down their current home to build a new one that fits their families’ needs.
“With a lack of inventory on the market right now, we are getting a lot of interest from clients wanting to purchase a presale home or build a custom home,” he says.
JayMarc hosts free, monthly Custom Homebuilding seminars. Each takes place in one of the builder’s staged homes and covers topics such as choosing property, working with an architect, permitting, financing, setting budget expectations and potential challenges in the process.
The next seminar takes place today at 10 a.m. at the builder’s San Tropez model home at 816 101st Ave. S.E., Bellevue. For more information or to reserve your seats, contact Adrienne Buxbaum at firstname.lastname@example.org.
