BELLEVUE — The newest addition to JayMarc Homes’ Eastside Collection of homes celebrates its grand opening Nov. 5–6. Featuring the custom builder’s San Tropez design, the new home will be open for tours from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days at 816 101st Ave. S.E. in Bellevue.
The three-story home has an open layout and 4,812 square feet of living space. Views of downtown Bellevue can be seen from the covered deck and master suite. It is available for sale for $2.499 million.
Staged homes in the collection are available daily for visitors to view floor plan layouts, selections and finishes, says Marc Rousso, the founder of JayMarc Homes.
“With a lack of inventory on the market right now, we are getting a lot of interest from clients wanting to build a custom home,” he says.
JayMarc Homes hosts free monthly Custom Homebuilding 101 seminars at one of the builder’s model homes. Topics such as choosing the correct lot, working with an architect, setting budget expectations and potential challenges in the process will be covered.
The November seminar will take place at the San Tropez home. For information or to reserve a seat, contact Adrienne Buxbaum at firstname.lastname@example.org.
JayMarc also offers a presale program that allows buyers to lock in a purchase price without having to worry about market inflation. Presale buyers can also personalize some of the home’s features.
