Staged homes in the builder's Eastside collection are available daily for visitors to view floor plan layouts, selections and finishes.
MERCER ISLAND – Opening this weekend, the newest addition to the JayMarc Homes collection of model homes features the builder’s Oslo design.
The 3,785-square-foot home is located at 2241 70th Ave. S.E. in Mercer Island. The Oslo has a modern design and includes views of Lake Washington and Seattle from both the main and upper decks. It is available for $2.699 million.
Staged homes in the collection are available daily for visitors to view floor plan layouts, selections and finishes, says Marc Rousso, the founder of JayMarc Homes.
“With a lack of inventory on the market right now, we are getting a lot of interest from clients wanting to build a custom home,” he says.
JayMarc Homes hosts free monthly Custom Homebuilding 101 seminars at one of the builder’s model homes. Topics such as choosing the correct lot, working with an architect, setting budget expectations and potential challenges in the process will be covered.
For those further along in the process, JayMarc Homes offers free estimates to clients who are working on plans with an architect. Those interested in learning more about the custom-home process can contact Brenda Gage, the builder’s custom home expert, at 253-448-9809 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Available for preview from JayMarc Homes is the San Tropez home design, available starting Nov. 5 for $2.499 million. Located at 816 101st Ave. S.E. in Belle-vue, the 4,812-square-foot open-concept floor plan has five bedrooms and 5.5 baths.
